Wardinico is a Lebanese food company established in 1991 by two brothers Georges and Elias Wardini. The company is specialized in sourcing fresh quality products, processing and serving local supermarkets with distinguished processed food products including beef and lamb meats, poultry products, fish and shrimps as well as selection of prepared foods (escalope, cordon bleu, soujouk, chicken nuggets, burger patties, etc ). Wardinico is based in sahel alma ( central kitchen and offices ) in keserwan, and is a member of the Lebanese Union of meat importers , industrial certificate from the ministry of industry and is a member of the Lebanese chamber of commerce .
History and Main Developments
Wardini co aims at preparing and serving safe food to its clients (retail supermarkets, branches). The company is haccp certified (Hazzard analysis critical control point) and have a food safety management system awards from boecker since 2014. The process is strictly monitored from purchasing and receiving of raw materials through preparation to the delivery of semi-finished food items. This is made possible by preventing and controlling the microbiological, physical, chemical and allergenic hazards with the haccp implementation program. The company works on production and retail sales, otherwise the production constitutes 60% of company’s business activity while the retail constitutes 40% of company business activity.
The company’s latest project is a delicatessen shop called butcheez that serves as a POS for Wardini’s fresh products, in addition to cheese, charcuterie, etc.

- Fresh meat (kebbeh, kafta, all kinds of fresh meat lamb and beef).
- Fresh chicken (escalope, fahita , Philadelphia, tawouk).
- Preparation and transportation of meat and chicken cordon bleu, burger, marination sauce and sausages (makanek and soujouk).
